Additional Benefits
Layover pay
You will be eligible for $25.00 per day after the first 24 hours. The company considers it a layover when we are unable to find the driver a load. With the miles our drivers average, layovers are not a major problem. If there is no freight in the area we simply move to an area that has freight.
Drop Pay
For each additional pick-up or delivery after the first stop or pick-up, we give the driver $10.00.
Lumper Pay
Driver inquire about the lumpers on a regular basis. The simple answer is all lumper pay must be authorized through dispatch prior to unloading. We ask the drivers to help on pallet breakdowns.
Home Time and Time Off
As a driver running the Midwest you can expect to be out 2 weeks depending on where you live and a driver who runs the West Coast can expect to be out for 3 weeks. For each and every week you are out, you will receive 1 day off. We request that you give us at least 2 weeks notice. (A week is 7 days long.) Time off may not always include a weekend.
